So many BS happens in it, it's uncanny.

I don't think there should be a damage bonus for getting shot in the back, and campers should have less advatages.

Campers do have a disadvantage, dog tag system. As for getting shot in the back, use your armor or clock and run. At least, that's what I do in those situations and I sometimes get away or even have enough time to turn around and kill them. Tactics man! Without more damage from the back a person could easily just turn around and end up killing a sneaky player more often. Which would be even more BS for the sneaky player..
