Damn, I got the Nano Edition too, but on my figurine there are no blue lights on Alcatraz :S

They're not turned on all the time, turn on the figurine and look at it for some time to see if they come on. Do it preferably in the dark as it's easier to see.

My version of the statue hasn't got active blue lights either :/

I turned it on and kept it on for like 15 minutes and still nothing?
Got 3 fully charged AAA batteries in it. Didn't work from the beginning i unboxed it.
Is this a bad batch or does the effect differ per country/port (pc,xbox,ps3) ???

Please let me know
