Hi at all.
I released an alternative launcher for Crysis 2 with a built-in workaround for the problem An error has occurred. Please check your network connectivity! last week.

It's the workaround mentioned here. (sorry for google-translate, found no English version during my quick search)

My hope was, that I don't need it it a long time...

But the latest patch didn't fix the problem to 100% (for me). That's why I decided to release a new version. I improved the automated workaround, included English translation and it runs now "Crysis2Launcher.exe" instead of "Crysis2.exe".

If you want to see how to set it up, you can watch the German or English video tutorial.
Only th German video shows the launcher in action because I have a German Windows and because of titles and texts the English version of my program does not work on a German Windows.

I also provide a VirusTotal result: 0/40.

The program is fully portable.
You can download it as rar-file or as ProtableApps-installer.
It's a separate program, not a modified file of Crysis 2. So you don't have to be afraid of getting problems (like bans).

Letzte Woche ver?ffentlichte ich einen alternative Launcher mit eingebautem Workaround für das Problem Ein Fehler ist aufgetreten, bitte überprüfe deine Netzwerkeinstellungen.

Es handelt sich dabei um das hier beschriebene Workaround.

Ich hatte die Hoffnung, dass es nicht lange ben?tigt würde...

Allerdings hat der letzte Patch das Problem nur teilweise behoben (zumindest bei mir). Deshalb habe ich beschlossen, eine neue Version zu ver?ffentlichen. Ich habe das automatisierte Workaround verbessert (es sollte nun auf allen PCs laufen), eine englische übersetzung eingefügt und es wird nun "Crysis2Launcher.exe" anstatt "Crysis2.exe" ausgeführt.

Wer sich mal ansehen m?chte, wie man es konfiguriert, kann sich das deutsche oder englische Videotutorial ansehen.
Allerdings zeigt nur das deutsche Videotutorial den Launcher in Aktion. Beim englischen Video nutzte ich das englische Interface, welches ein englisches Windows voraussetzt.

Selbstverst?ndlich gibt es VirusTotal-Ergebnis: 0/40.

Mein Launcher ist v?llig portabel.
Er ist als rar-Archiv und als ProtableApps-Installationsdatei verfügbar.
Es handelt sich um ein separates Programm und nicht um irgendeine modifizierte Version einer Crysis 2-Datei. Ihr braucht also keine Angst vor irgendwelchen Problemen(z.B. Bann im Multiplayer) haben.
