I'm a bit of a graphics enthusiast. I want my games to look better than anything I've seen before. I'm trying to find the best looking config setup there is for Crysis 2. I know dx11 patch will be out in the next couple months but this is comparing the available dx9 setups.


(1) Original High spec graphics


(2) Original extreme graphics


(3) audiodistortions 1st config


(4) Coresyntax tool with highest settings (open settings left normal)


(5) audiodistortions 2nd config


(6) using wsad's advanced options tool 1.7 (highest settings)


Which one do you think looks the best?

RJayW's is better. Your HDR Levels and Bloom settings are off. Mine is at 0.3 on both.

I didn't like Wadsie's cuz it was still buggy.

With Ray's at full maxmium it actually feels like PC. Not a washed down console.

pcnuttie, that tool you recommended is inferior compared to the others. Take a look at the autoexecs.
