Hit detection off or working as intended?

I load a clip into someone crouched down sitting still without them even turning to look my way. While reloading to empty another into him, I get flanked from the side and dead in 2 or 3 shots to me.

I read some where that there are different armor ranks. Is this how it works, lowbies have no chance to compete? Just get the floor mopped up with us as a way of paying dues, or does this games hit detection svck?

My latency is usually between 40 and 90.

I know, it happen all the times, and I can't explain it either. This is why I find myself playing less and less, very frustrating.

You might have been another victim of the holographic attachment .

or you might have been another victim of the hit detection bug .

Both work .

Ya I'm sure that hologram got me a few times, but usually my target shoots back. Some times when I watch the kill cam, the first 5 or 6 shots are way way off.

I sure hope this is a known bug that is being worked on. Between cloaking and this issue, multiplayer is nearly unplayable.
