I just noticed Ajira is restocking health potions as soon as I exit the barter window, I could apparently buy an infinite amount of potions, is this normal behaviour?

Not all sellers restock immediately. The High Elf alchemist in Balmora instantly restocks Exclusive Restore Health potions. The dude at the bottom of the stairs at the Caldera Mages guild, does not restock immediately.......iirc. I could be wrong. It's normal. I buy up to 75=100 Exclusive Restore Health potions in one session from the High Elf in Balmora.
