I just got the "Bar Brawl" quest at the East Empire Company Raven Rock location. When I tried to enter the bar, Seler Favelnim's wife stopped me and asked me not to hurt him, but upon entering the bar he is not here at all. The bar isn't that large, and I searched all the upstairs rooms hoping he would show up. Is there a command I can enter or something to get him to appear without having to skip the quest completely? It sounds interesting.

I believe this glitch was introduced by the MPP 1.6.5b (by accident of course)
But BTB made an edited version that fixes it. Found at the top of the page http://btb2.free.fr/morrowind.html


The command to make him appear directly in front of you would be: Placeatpc "Seler Favelnim" 1,1,1

Awesome. Can I just install this over whatever I have right now without having to worry about order?

Deactivate the old one, then activate the edited one.
You'll want to Update/Repair with Wrye Mash too. And it might not fix the problem if you've already started the quest with that Save file.
