I don't what version you got so I suggest that you install this http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=29388 if you have GOTY version from Steam.
You can also get this http://support.microsoft.com/kb/917607 for TES CS help file if you need to read it.

What was the problem you got fixed before you use cs?

the problem originally was just trying to play morrowind with the expansions bloodmoon/triblunal with just required me to more the data files from the disk to the data files in the computer which was a quick fix. ill try updating it to see if that was the problem.

ok, ill try to explain it the best i can. the orginal problem i had was with the expansions which where missing some tex files which i add to the data file of the morrowind game data file, because win7 didn't add them when i installed the expansions bloodmoon/tribunal. but the only problem i am having now i when i try to modify a plugin it wont allow me to save the plugin which i modified. this is the best i can explain sry if you still can understand it.

Thanks for the info and I think I know what went wrong here. I suggest that you reinstall Morrowind right now and install it again in this order. :)

Installation
1 - Morrowind2 - Tribunal3 - Bloodmoon

To install Morrowind GOTY correctly you must install it in that order unless you don't want to play one of the expansions. :user:

Btw... You can't save en esm file in cs only esp files is acceptable to save in cs.
