Well, I just installed the Morrowind GotY, and when I went to run it, an error message popped up saying, "Font 0 not found in morrowind.ini." So, I Googled it and found that it's a Morrowind.ini file. There was a link to the proper Morrowind.ini file for the GotY version, so I copied and pasted it into the file. I went to run the game again, and this time it said, "Font file not found: Data Files\Fonts\magic_cards_regular.fnt." I checked the Fonts folder and he file was there.

Any ideas how to fix it?

You likely just had a corrupt installation.
Uninstall, then re-install the game. Make sure no other programs are running, and even disable your anti-virus. (they can cause faulty installations)

You are going to have to reinstall.
