Making games are always hard to do, but there are people out there who really want to try this tech out, and make their own games.

I'm certainly interested in this. It looks like Crytek are following the path of UDK, which is very good.

Whole cryengine 3 released. You just cant sell your creations for money unless you buy an official license.
