You're not ready to release console games. It is best if you continue to focus solely on PC like you have been. Rather than pumping out glitched and bugged console games and a mediocre PC game you should focus on just one really good PC game like you have been in the past with Crysis 1 and Warhead.

It's too much work for you guys to keep up with all the problems, you simply cannot handle it. You went way over your heads and now you're stuck in a rut.

It no longer matters if you release a patch/hotfix now. The damage has been already done. It is best if you simply keep ignoring everything and focus on the PC version of Crysis 2 and other PC ideas/games you are working on.

You're reputation in the eyes of console gamers is most likely as low as it could possibly be. You had one shot to show that Crytek is now able to compete on the console market and unfortunately you couldn't do it.
