You must summon a Golden Saint or find an Ascended sleeper or GS to get a soul for CE.
4. http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Azura%27s_Quest
5. No, although this depends on disposition, merchant skill etc.
6. If you make a CE 100 point Nighteye item, the game is going to be as bright as the surface of the Sun. In options you can change the brightness, at least with the PC version.
7. Glitching anything will probably make your game unstable, so why risk it.
8. Can’t help you.
9. I leave it on. Why wouldn’t you use your best attack?
10. Ask in the Tech section. It doesn’t sound normal to me.

with best aatck off you can do side sweepws and upercuts front stabs and other moves with it on its always the same thing and some times the best atatck is actually teh worst atatck because it cant ht what your fighting

for instance teh best atatck of an imperial broadsword is a slash when facing a small creature like a rat it never seem to hit but if you run forward with best attack off and attack you will do a front stab which more often then not will get the hit but thats just my experience maybe slashing teh rat is betetr for you but that must mean your looking directly at the floor well doing this ...

Seems like everything was answered but 8 and 10.

8) Brynjolfr can sell you wolf armor. He is in a hut north of Thirsk. He can also make snow wolf and snow bear armor for you. More info can be found http://uesp.net/wiki/Bloodmoon:Brynjolfr

10) This is something everyone experiences on 360. It's just one of the backwards compatibility bugs.

I hope that helps!

Off of course. The two problems with early deaths are low Tohit chance, and being knocked down. Neither cares about attack style.

I'd keep it on, if I do manage to hit then I want to make sure that it actually does something to the enemy.

Be sure to save before doing this enchantment... you may find it to be... not to your liking. It will flatten the whole visual experience. If you like it - great! If not, reload and try another enchantment. Just my $0.02

I never saw a need for Nighteye higher than 10, even playing with a mod that makes nights much darker. It's enough to make things in dark spots visible while still preserving the night feel.

i like to be able to see dark items such as keeys and black rings lying in the shadowy corners (+ makes more sence when "suffering" from vampirism)

10 barely makes a difference 40-50 is much nicer. That is if it is used to temporarily lighten up a room. I wouldnt permanently wear any CE night eye, thats just a waste of an enchantment slot.

Detect key 100ft 1 second
Detect enchantment 100ft 1 sec

actually its not 100 pts of Night eye CE is very useful when wearing the blinding boots of speed (must have item tbh) the blind of the boots makes the light of the night not as bright (and im not purposly trying to ryme atm but ah well)
