Does anybody know if the private match bug has been fixed?

I'm thinking of getting the Defication DLC and having a play on it with friends in a private match, but I don't want to lose whatever is was you lost when whatever happened happened with the bug.

I haven't had problem with the bug as of recent. Ive done a few private matches yesterday and some when the the first dlc came out. I believe its fixed up to my knowledge so give it a shot and c dude.

Hey like I said I didn't have a problem so far and my friend jumped in and out so it must be ok cause he didn't get reset like before.
