When in the wasteland I experience intermittent freezing/hitching. A while back it stopped doing it for about a month, but then started up again. All interiors are fine and when the game is first started up the wasteland if fine for about 15 minutes. When the hitching came back, I had not changed anything with the computer, nor the game, so I didn't do anything different. My system specs are: Quad Core AMD Phenom x64 2.26GHz, ATI Radeon 3850 HD (1024mb), 8.2GB RAM GDDR3, Windows Vista 64-Bit

I am running on the second highest setting the hitching doesn't seem to have stopped, from my system specs I expect that I should be able to play with little issue. Considering I play Oblivion on Ultra with a bunch of graphic enhancing mods as well as other mods, and Dragon Age Origins on Max with no issue.
