At Wits End

Honestly, I cannot even begin to understand the logic your employee's have. What in god's name are you thinking? Clearly the lack of activity in the lobbies has to tip you off that splitting the community in half was a bad idea, but now you've gone and potentially split it into thirds!

I feel sorry for those who bought either DLC because, while I'm sure the maps are wonderful, it's going to be a pain to ever find game lobbies that stay open long enough to play them! I would love to buy these DLC packs especially considering that Crytek didn't completely a-hole it up and release them for 1200 MSP, but because of personal principles, I can't justify paying for a game I still don't technically fully have...

Now, I believe adding weapons in to this DLC was a great idea. I'm sure it's more than enough incentive to buy it, even if the maps never get played. However, I think this may be the last attempt to squeeze an extra dime out of the consumers left before the game hits the "not supported" stage.

Bravo on increasing the score limits of TIA and Crash Site. That needed done for quite some time, but really, is there no fix for any of the other actually broken items? Why does the music still blare at absurd decibels? Why does the game still tell me I have new weapons every time I load in for the DSG-1, Jackal, and MK60 Mod.0? Why is the sound in kill cams still ridiculous out of sync? Why do I get kicked out of stealth and drained to 0 energy randomly while in stealth? Why does the game attempt to reload my primary weapon when the clip is empty and I attempt to switch to my side arm at twice the rate? Why does a man in a billion dollar nanosuit throw C4 like an 8 year old girl with cerebral palsy? (Okay, that last one isn't really a bug, just a complaint)...

I won't even bring up the grain glitch or the still randomly terrible host selection... I'm hoping BooBirdo's post about Rebooting still resetting stats and possibly still locking games is false. That would be the straw that broke the camel's back as far as convincing me that Crytek UK is incapable of fixing anything with this game. 90% of the patch notes are vague and the patches themselves fail to fix issues the notes concluded were dealt with.

I really don't know if I want to keep playing. I mean, I love(d) the game, and I know none of you would miss a whiner whose never played a single game with most of you... But this is just depressing and infuriating all at the same time. If anything, I suppose I could thank Crytek UK for introducing me to a feeling I didn't even know was possible...

****.

EDIT: Messed up a GT.

I, along with many others are in Group A and will stay there until these amateurs fix the issues we've been having from day one.

Right on. Glad to be part of Group:A! Crytek will never ever get another penny from me until they fix mainly the grain glitch, amongst other things that should have been fixed months ago.

I am at my wits end with regards to the grain glitch in this game. Until they fix it, it's just a dust collector to me. It's not even good at that. lol :p

Why would I move from Group A when it is the largest pool and easiest to get games in?

By the way, doesnt Group D decide to go into B or C, because there's no playlist with BOTH retaliation and decimation maps in them.

I'm a proud Group A member!

On a side note...Demanufacture, did you have any luck with your original account? I noticed for the whole day yesturday that the gamesas forums page couldn't open...I started to think that crytek got hacked yesturday a long with other various game studios. Those other studios have already acknowledged it to the public. It wouldn't surprise me if Crytek told us nothing about their systems getting hacked though.
