Solaris is now recruiting talented players for Crysis 2 on Xbox 360. Our history stretches back years across several MMOs, where we achieved success of the highest echelon. After a year of downtime, we are returning to organized gaming in Crysis 2 and are looking for skilled players to join our ranks.
Solaris' reputation revolves around a few key concepts- success, communication, organization and respect. We play every game to be the among the best, and Crysis 2 is no exception. All of our members are expected to play is a disciplined and organized fashion, with a squad leader being the center of our in game success. The squad leader runs the show during matches and teammates follow his direction to the letter. It is this level of discipline that has allowed us to achieve such measured success in the past.
Communication is essential to our gameplay- all members are required to have working voice acccess and use it during gameplay. Ability to speak is greatly preferred, but at a minimum, the ability to clearly listen is an essential prerequisite to our strategy. Fast information is key to victory, and we live by this style.
We are not seeking large numbers of members, but a small group of highly talented players to consistently build a connection with and repeat victory match after match. All members wear the clan tag and play in Xbox Live parties during gameplay, and rosters are kept organized through friends lists. We also maintain an active website with forums for communication when not on Live and to organize clan matches with other groups.
Most importantly though, beyond organization, talent and success, Solaris seeks members who can remember that Crysis 2 is a game and enjoy it at such. Solaris has a reputation for not only achieving excellence in every game we've played, but in cultivating a group of friendly, easy going members who can get business done when required but have fun doing so at the same time. We're not looking for players who rage quit over a loss, yell at teammates for having a bad game or generally trying to ruin the experience for the rest of us. The ideal Solaris candidate is a rare one in today's online gaming community, but we know many exist out there and are eager to have them join our ranks.
Our recruitment process is highly selective- if interested, a recruit should send me a private message, where we can exchange information and answer any necessary questions. After gamertags are exchanged and placed on friends lists, we will spend a few days playing as much as possible (schedules dictating time) with the recruit across several modes, evaluating their performance both in terms of raw gameplay talent but more importantly on the ability to work as an effective teammate and attitudinally. Once the evaluation period has ended, we will make a decision regarding entry into the clan, and those deemed valuable to the clan will be invited to join.
