Cry-Tom, here is the reason why maps should be Merged.

I know the community is small, and no matter what you do to the Playlist it is going to backfire. The DLC's should be merged, so that people with the DLC can play the maps they paid for. The ones who did not buy the maps yet, they will finally use their mics to tell us what to vote for or we can tell them to buy the new maps. If they do not have the Map Pack, it will kick them to buy the map pack once the voting is complete. The community who bought the map pack should not be punished for the lack of purchases from other players. Yes, it forces them to purchase the maps, but if they want to play with their friends, they can come up with the money. The game is for Mature players, so if a 12 year old want to continue back out until a free map comes up, let them. Eventually, they will buy the maps for maximum fun. I have seen this done in the past for small communities like COD WAW. The community is not big enough for your current Playlist suggestions.

WAW reduced the price on the maps and did combo packs too. You having three tiers for playing different map groups will look like you cheated a player out of money because they could not play the map they paid for. I agree with combining some Playlist and dropping other game modes. On next Crysis releases, the community may grow large enough to support previous ideas, but we live and learn.

I do not know if your Cry Engine 3 can support this but it has been done with many engines in the past.
