AI trouble

Hi all..

I'm having a little trouble with AI

First I'll explain the scenario

I've been working on a quest that about goblin tribes fighting each other with humans stuck in the middle. during this quest someone is captured by goblins. The quest involves the player taking part in a rescue mission.

The player enters a mine with 5 NCPs who have a basic follow AI package.

Inside the mine the player finds two goblin tribes fighting, the result is a three way punch up... Lots of fun.

The problem comes from the players 5 followers. They are ignoring the goblins and killing each other!!

The followers are all identical as far as AI and factions are concerned

- Aggression is set to 5
- Energy and confidence is 100
- AI is set to follow the player at a distance of 100 and defensive combat is ticked
- They are all in the same faction with a +100 modifier for that faction.

All the following NCPs have ignore Friendly hits to 1

I'm at a loss as how to stop these 5 NCPs from killing each other

If anyone has any suggestions I'd love to hear them

Suggestions?
Use a clean save game, you could have old information in your save game about the persistant references (NPC's for instance).

Thanks for the answer, however.. Ive tried that, as a method of re-play testing it.

The NCPs in question are all added by the mod so no vanilla quest AI getting in the way. They are also all clones of each other.
