Personally I'd like them to embody their traits of agility, wit and nature-loving freedom in their appearance, rather than looking and sounding like whiny, googly eyed, fat, prepubascent dorks.

Yah I think all the races should look more like their Oblivion concept art... Especially the Bosmer, Bretons, and Orcs...

If I'm an honest cat, I'll say that they work very well as comic relief. It might be nice to mix them up. That is, keep some oddballs and throw in some cool rangers.

I want them to have http://www.imperial-library.info/sites/default/files/races_mw_bosmer.gif (ignore the guy on the bottom). In fact, I'd prefer if all the races were more like MW's concept drawings for the most part.

I like the "full spread" when it comes to the Bosmer :hubbahubba: . Have the oddballs but also the intense Ranger-esque characters :foodndrink:.

i still think http://teenymanolo.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2009/08/Link.jpg looks like a wood elf since he has some characteristics with http://www.kyrillas-welt.de/fargoth01.jpg. distant cousins maybe?

Every NPC (no matter which Race) had the same fat face in Oblivion.

I really hope to see more diversity, and more elf-correct faces in Skyrim.

Bosmer were the least appealing race to me purely because of their design.

If they went with the concept art style in Skyrim, I'll definitely give them a try.

Pleaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaase.
I hope races have a sharper look in Skyrim, in Oblivion every races face was rounded, and fat.

Psh. I want the horn-bumps on the forehead and black eyes!

Bosmer were kickass satyr guys in Morrowind, and then Oblivion comes along... and we get... hobbits.

Truth, the only races I could ever get into were Argonians and Dark Elves because they had the most gaunt and sharp features. Bosmer looked like hobbits, orcs looked like human-troll mix, altmer looked very very falmboyent, khajiit... ehhh cat head on man-body? Imperials were too bland. Same with Redguards (plus almost every NPC [except a select few] had an afro or some curly-poof.

I agree. Well, at least with the males, the females didn't have such a drastic change, I think, other than the solid black eyes.

Hey, you can make a decent-looking Bosmer in Oblivion! It only takes, you know, two weeks or so...

Ehh, who am I kidding? Yes, I REALLY want to see the Bosmer become what we saw in the Oblivion concept drawings; lithe, agile, yet fragile. It's pretty shameful that my favorite race ended up looking like Tolkienesque Hobbits, and hopefully gamesas can correct this before any real damage is done.

Is it odd that I want both?
