Not actual Followers/companions; but actual pets, live in your home, ect.

Waste of space. If they were REAL, no. But since they are virtual, they are in the way....

My friend is all for them. A dog as his companion AND pet. I asked him what would happen if it died in combat (which WILL HAPPEN). He said he'd go all rage-fury and destroy whatever killed it.... Still leaves him with no dog.

I'd prefer to SUMMON a Saber-tooth with a scroll. NARUTO STYLE. XD Jk. Narutu sukz.....

That's what my follower will be. I will take him home so he is safe. If he cannot die then it will feel too OP so i will leave him home anyways.
Either way i will have a pet dog named snuffles. :celebration:

I would love a pet dog. If I'm doing mundane delivery, gathering, travel or otherwise simple tasks I'll bring him along and let him harrass the wildlife and bite people along the way. Then when I go on dangerous missions he can stay at home, guard my house and greet me when I get back.

Weren't dogs confirmed as companions, or am I over attributing a couple of screenshots? In any case I wouldn't mind one in my house or something, but don't make me take them on quests where they can be horribly mangled and killed.

Would love to have a pet to greet me back in town after a long day of exploration/questing and the sort. Or to have them play around while you're doing woodcutting etc.
