Can you absorb more than four souls? I am asking because I have four souls right now and I killed another dragon and tried to absorb its soul, I stayed by the dragon and nothing happened. Just asking to see if four is the limit of souls you can hold at once.

I have absorved many more than that, but It did happen to me once today that I couldn't get the soul of a dragon I slained in a newly discovered dragon site. Weird.

I, too, have more than 4 dragon souls at the moment. But I killed a dragon in Labrynthian and it didn't let me absorb the soul.

I have 10, but I've had that problem with a couple of dragons, it doesn't burn away after it dies.

Ok thanks for that. I just have not encountered anymore dragons since that last one.

Now can anybody tell me if the dragon does not burn away will his body disappear. I hate in games where the bodies fail to disappear like in Fallout 3 and NV with the corpses and stupid ash piles.
