Online wiki's showing different dmg on weapons than ingame

Hi,

I was browsing both http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Skyrim_Weapons and http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Weapons
when I noticed that the 'Daedric Sword' had 14 damage on both websites. Then I remembered my 'Blades Sword' having 15,
and thought that was kind of weird. Then I saw on the wiki's that the 'Blades Sword' only had 11 damage. But as seen inside
the game, it actually has 15 and the daedric 29, as seen in the following videos:

What's up with that?

Don't the numbers change depending on your skill with that weapon? I'm pretty sure that's how it worked in Oblivion.

It's affected by your skill in the weapon, along with perks. Those numbers are the base damage.

My current character dual wields Legendary Skyforge Steel War Axes. Base damage 12, in-game 62 (one hand skill - 82). The game auto adjusts the displayed damage according your enhancements, perks and weapon skill.
