What is the time length between Arena, Daggerfall, and Oblivion? I know Morrowind is six years though.

no, because your saving Uriel Septium. the 3E started when Tiber took the throne.

is it the same Uriel in Arena as in Oblivion? There is that splash screen saying that you are the first to escape the imperial dungeon in 40 years. The last person was the hero is arena?

Arena starts in 3E 389 (and ends 10 years later in 3E 399).
Daggerfall starts in 3E 405.
Morrowind begins in 3E 427.
Oblivion begins in 3E 433.

So there's actually 44 years between Arena and Oblivion. The number 40 is just rounded off, like how something that happened back in 1965 was "40" years ago.
