I also found that chest after clearing out Bleack Fall Barrow and it the only one I found

Wow, looks like the entrance to a dungeon... except it's underwater. A lot of people were complaining about this in Oblivion though, huge expanses of underwater terrain and pretty much nothing down there. So Bethesda promised that there would be a lot more interesting stuff under the waves this time. I can't wait until I get a sustainable water breathing spell so I can start my scuba expeditions.

thanks for reminding me that I need to search the seas once I finish with the lands...

I'm willing to bet a treasure map would have led to that chest though

I havent found anything yet, but I'll keep looking

now if only we had a means of defending ourselves in water
