Does this city look absolutly bad made on your PC's, too?

I was just doing a subquest there (on the 360) and it's like it's loaded low-res textures for some reason. The characters shirt textures are like something from the days of DOOM. As the rest of the textures I've seen are higher res I'm thinking it must be a glitch.

It looks like someone covered the city white with the fill-tool from MS Paint on the 360

..well mine at least, i hope its a bug anyway

Fine on my 360.

Half the sky disappeared the other day in Whiterun for me, that perturbed me slightly. But after I went off questing, all was good again.

Engine has nothing to do with the graphics in windhelm, the graphics there are bad because textures are horrible
