Someone on youtube commented on my video and asked about how to achieve the ''phantom shout′'' does this even exist in the game or is it a console thing or is he just crazy?

there is a shout which gives you an etheral form you cant attack or be attacked

Ya i know about that one :3 im just curious if the phantom shout exist, because the guy on youtube mentioned that it will create a copy of yourself for a short duration of time to lure away enemies.

Phantom shout isn't learned by the player.

No such shout is given to the player.. it's used by the greybeards in the quest "Way of the Voice" to duplicate themselves for the player to practice his shout on.
