Ok, I am not sure if this is something I need to heal or some kind of weird bug, but there is a giant glowing crystal coming out of my neck. Also, there is an arrow stuck to my chest.

I went to the Temple of Kynareth and did a healing thing there, but it didn't help or anything.

It's an ice shard. It should disappear eventually.
