After completeing the quest with goldenglow estates you are informed that maven black briar wishes to meet you in bee and barb before you can continue the guild quests. I put this off for a matter of time but upon returning to riften maven is not in the bee and barb. When i talk to her elsewhere there are only 2 dialougue options with no way to move forward. Anyone know what to do>?

When you are tracking the quest is there an arrow on the map?
I've come across one bug myself in the random lootgrab quests. Asking me to go to someones house in which I cant enter if I've done another major quest line Hopefuly that'll get fixed. Cant even drop said quest to do another

Hmm my only other thought is check down in the ratway or in the guild HQ itself. Find where he is vs where he normally should be(before taking the quest) And if he wont start the next part of the quest, just follow him around.
In these type of situations the NPCs usually have a set time of the dray to be in said destination.
Worst case scenario; it can be "fixed" if you are on the PC, or could be boned like me.. being on a console
