Dagger not doing 15x : V

I picked up the Assassin's Blade Perk but all my sneak attacks with daggers hit for only 6x.
Does the level/quality of the dagger factor in? (right now I'm using (2) Elven Daggers).
Anyone else having this issue?

Are you using 2 weapons at the same time? Try with only one.

Hmmm never had that problem before, try equipping other daggers just to test it.

You very sure you are using an elven dagger and not an elven sword?
And you absolutely sure you clicked on the Assassin's Blade perk and not something else?

Okay, I tried with only 1 dagger = 6x
Tried Orcish, Elven, and regular dagger = 6x
Tried power moves and light taps (360 trigger) = 6x

I don't get it, it's driving me bonkers...

@Nubius: I'm positive. It's late now, but I'll fraps it tomorrow. Maybe someone will see something I'm missing.

You very very sure that you have picked the Assassin's Blade perk? It is shining purple in color and not blue?

Actually I cannot remember the color. But the perk has the same color as the rest of the perks below it?

That it does not. It's blue and the perks below are yellow.

Yes, you must perform the slit-throat finishing move on an npc humanoid to be reinstated into the Forum Rogues Association.

It does work. If you press both mouse buttons, it does a 3 hit move, all 3 will be sneak attacks if the enemy hasn't spotted you for the duration of your 3-hit move.

It also works if you slice once.
