What we know about shouts in relation to et'ada and shor/lor

So Arngeir tells us that to dragons, fighting is done with the Voice, and as such is seen as debate- there is no distinction.

I thought this over, and was very pleased with how this idea fits in to the opposing viewpoints of lorkhan. The draconic/merrish viewpoint is of a trickster, a shrewd debater, while the birds see shor as a great warrior chief. Of course this is so- to the dragons, a warrior is a shrewd debater! The dragon-associated aldmer remember him as such, while the nords, who draw a distinction, see him as a warrior.
