Making Skooma? : V

I have Empty Skooma Bottles, 1 Moon Sugar, and I'm pretty sure I have Nightshade. Is it possible to combine these into Skooma?

That's all it takes to make skooma? Figured there would be some sort of baking soda equivalent used in the process. Hm, go figure.

But to answer your question no, I don't think you can. I think only the Dunmer know how to manufacture the stuff but I could be wrong.

There's a quest to take out a bunch of skooma dealers. There's lots of skooma there for the taking.

Right, apologies. Am thinking of making a Dunmer character so that kinda switched me around. Yeah, I think only the head Khajiit mothers or whatever can make the stuff.

Can't you custom name potions? Any stamina potion that contains moon sugar is skooma for me
