I'm talking about very low levels, like below 10, is there anyway to do this without the vampires killing you?

Sure. The usual way and just fight dirtier. I got the disease unintentionally before level 10 and won the fight.

I contracted vampirism at lvl 2 or 3, cant remember anymore, but it was as soon I escaped Helgen....just find a fledgling vampire and use that heal on yourself, the chance to get vampirism is 10% per hit, I think, save before battle and you got no problem....vampires in Skyrim arent really dangerous on adept difficulty.

Can you cure it?

I got it at level 2 or 3 on my second character. I randomly found three roaming around at night near Riverwood, and I contracted Porphyric Hemophilia on the first hit. Luckily I know how to cure diseases because I'm not a dingbat, and I visited the nearest shrine.

So, as a vegan zombie, you only eat the brains of politicians and TV News reporters? They count as vegetables...
