The Beth blog states a new patch this week to attempt to fix the problems of 1.2, however still havent heard anything to its release.

Any information on this as i am sitting with an essentially busted game that i am considering completely deleting and playing unpatched as that was far better than what i have (Xbox 360)

I am up to 18 broken quests, with 8 of those being main/ side type quests, not just take this book there, but the broken in mages like Arniels convector heating, theives and dark brother hood, red eagle, windhelm. Fortunately the main quest is still going as that would have done it for me.
