Is there a way to tell if you have a disease, other than people telling you that you look sick? Nobody tells me in a dungeon and I would like to take a potion before returning to a town.

Also, is there a place to look up the perks you have? I'm supposed to have several but never got a message (that I saw) so I can't be sure.

Previous Bethesda games had a place to look such things up but I can't find it here - on XBox 360.

Look under Magic, under Active Effects, and you will see a breakdown of everything that is affecting your character. Took me a while to find that, too.
