Any update for POV for 360

Post » Fri Dec 16, 2011 9:58 am

Out of all the Elded Scrolls I have played, the hours goes into the 1000's this is the first one that makes me actually get sick to my stomach, extremely dizzy. I get so bad I have to lay down for an hour or so. I read the PC can change POV by bringing the camera back. Let me say this is the first time I am playing on a large tv. I have a 73" but how would that make me sick? So is there any plans for this? I know of 3 other people that play have the same issue. They don't have large tv's

Keep playing, but only for short stretches at a time. Whenever I start a new first person game, especially if I hadn't played anything at all for a while, I have the same problem. It usually goes away after a few days.

You can change the camera distance in third person on the 360 as well. I believe you click the right stick down, then move the left stick to adjust the distance.

Sit farther away from the TV, most cases of FOV giving people headaches and such are caused by lack of peripheral vision. If you're already sitting far enough away that the surroundings of the TV are in your peripheral vision then I don't know what to tell ya. Haven't heard of any cases where people were able to adjust the FOV on consoles.

I know the PC version of Deus EX: HR had an option to adjust it but I don't know if that applied to the consoles as well. (by the way, I was so incredibly grateful for that option.)

I've only ever had that happen to me when I played Half-Life, though not to the extent that it seems to bother you.

Unfortunately, I never found a solution.

Consult with your doctor on this one, I don't think anyone could help you here. You might have a seizure or something. Read the manual or game case.

Cheers

On the 360, if you go into settings>display, you can adjust the camera a little (I push it to left) and I always play in 3rd person. First person even for a couple of minutes makes me sick.

It's motion sickness. I have gotten sick watching people play before. Especially first person shooters.
