So i think dragonbridge looks cool and want to live there, can i marry someone there and move in with them?

the marrige list was dissapointing,go check it out on the wiki
you cannot marry High elves,Wood Elves,Kajiits (there is one argonian and redguard of each gender)
and 75% of the list says.......Race:Nord

According to USEP there is a female high elf who can be married, Taarie. The High Elf in solitude that gives you the quest to go speak with the jarl in solitude in her specific attire. Tho her and her assistant are both suffer from a major case of superiority complex.
