My Spouse is dead.

She died in a brave fight...

But after some time, i have to continue my life.. Make new relations and all that.. So is it possible to marry again if your Spouse is dead ? If it's necessary to use console commands or something like that you can tell me, i use it with not problems..

Its not, you have to use the console my wife "died" in a strange accident with fire, and I'm on PS3, so no remarriage for me.

Don't think its possible without using mods/console.
