According to the Skyrim Wiki, Twin Souls allows you to conjure two Familiars, even though it explicitly states that two Atronachs or two Reanimated Zombies can be summoned. http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Conjure_Familiar

Just wondering if the perk Elemental Potency, which increases the power of Atronachs by 50%, would work in the same way. Anyone know?
