Unless there realy is a MASSIVE surprise then i dont see why they have to delay giving the tools to us! Id wait a little longer if the tools gave us enough freedom too totaly convert skyrim but as we are now- i just want to fix the game with my ideas for balence changes and gameplay improvements :/

Well I'm sure your ideas are fantastic you will have to wait until January to receive the Construction Set. It has already been announced, if your feeling impatient why not go flesh out your ideas on a piece of paper so that when the time comes you will be ready with a well thought out and worthy mod.
