i've waited a total of 20 days after taking solitude with the stormcloaks, now i can't enter the city.

i moved on and joined the thieves and dark brotherhood but now their quests require me to enter solitude.

it says "you have to help defend the city" to enter solitude. also i can't enter the jorrskvar since the stormcloaks took over whiterun



anyone got any ideas? (xbox btw)
