Enemies Seem so boring!

there is 3x2+3 enemies in skyrim (whelps, common and powerfull times by Mellee/ ranged plus dragon and wolf and summoners)

Firstly every enemy is simple TOO STUPID to do anything interesting. Ranged enemies will always sidestep and throw magic attacks at you whilst mellee enemies will always run at you! They NEVER make any tactical decision on how to get to you (like simply taking cover from your ranged attack or retreating whilst using spells) This is fine the first few times but after a hundred hours it get's you thinking "why are you so thick?" Not to mention how badly the ai behave when you have a go at stealth!

i think wolves are sort of different because they at least pick a different path to get to you (fox's count as wolves by the way.. put a frenzy spell on one

What do dragons do?
Breath attack
fly around
land
that area attack that they do.
bite

Dragons Dont even have dragon shouts! making them generic firebreathers! (or frost breathers- someone give bethesda a pat on the back for creativity) All those shouts that we learn and dragons have NONE of them (not even firebreath, they have a different fire breath) But Look at the SIMPLISTIC dragon ai Compared to the SIMPLISTIC wyvern ai of Monster hunter! Sure monster hunter's enemies can be [censored] annoying when they escape all the time but they could do SIMPLE moves such as tail swipes, Charges, use different breath attacks, sidestepping into you offensively, injured animations etc so i realy cant believe that a team of people worked alone for years on dragon ai for skyrim!! Plus skyrim has no locational dammage so it just seems so Floaty that you are putting swords into his wing and nothing seems to be happening to it! (there are no female dragons either.. so they only have one voice)

Their fireball/flamethrower is a shout... But whatever, alduin has REAL shouts yes, no tactics? There are no tactics, charge in with your sword is what real bandits do.
Wolves use tactics though.
