How does Belethor stay in business? : V

I know most shops are open from around 8am to 8pm. However, I've noticed recently that Belethor doesn't get in til around 9am. And just now it's 12:47pm in the afternoon and his shop is locked up.

Considering I've looted him dry and frequently make him purchase all my stupid jewelry I wonder the same thing! :lol:

A common problem for me when waiting in town for shops to open. I solve it by going in my house or an inn, then waiting, seems to fix that issue.
