In the months before Skyrims release, i done me some Lore reading, and i remember specifically reading about the 'Imperial College Of The Voice' in Markarth Reach.. now when the game was released i forgot all about it, but i have just remembered, and as far as im concerned i have not seen any College Of The Voice in Markarth... does it even exist anymore?
