I started a new character, Nord and i should have 50% frost resistance right?, but it's not visible in the active effects. Is this normal or is this a bug that came with the latest patch?
That latest patch been doing some odd stuff to my games, enemies does not attack me after i hit them once or twice they just stand there or strafeing left to right.

Visual bug. You can reload the game and it'll be there.

it should show up once you get to riverwood. I noticed this too that it didn't show up right away. It will come up though, just wait a little bit. Just hope the patch makes it work now.
