I'm doing a dark brotherhood mission and I have to talk to someone in Solitude, where I have a bounty. I told them I'd rather die then go to prison and escape, now whenever I go there they attack me on sight.

Sheathe your weapon and don't fight back... but save before you do.

try raising your weapons then sheathing them. might get them to stop attacking to try and arrest.

This should be in spoilers section, anyway you will need to pay your bounty or goto jail in order to stop the guards from attacking you.
