Did Beth scale magic?!

1.3 came out a few days ago on Xbox, and I've noticed some differences.

IIRC, Flames started off with 8 dps, but I just checked my spells right now and it showed 10?! Is this my faulty memory or did Beth finally add magic-scaling? :D

Did you take an augmentation perk?

Like the one that raises fire damage by 25%. 25% of 8 is 2, 2+8=10.

yeah... you actually get 12 with the flame spell in the end, but not thanks to scaling. 50% fire dmg perk :-/

It's probably a perk. I have not noticed any scaling at all. They just fixed the broken resistances from 1.2.
