Hermaeus Mora if only because of the vague Cthulu feel. The others aren't particularly interesting with the exception of Molag Bal.

I admit that I have liked them all. I can't yet choose as I haven't met them all. Its one of the things I feel they got right in Skyrim. They all have character.

I really like Azura the Prince of the Dusk and Dawn. I have followed her ever since Morrowind.

Based on my experiences thus far, Azura is my favorite. Molag Bal, on the other hand, hadn't left the best impression on me when we "met".
