Does patch 1.3 have any gamebreaking problems? : V

Anyone experienced major problems in patch 1.3? cause im currently refusing to patch after the horror of patch 1.2 :spotted owl:

In any case, I'm playing with 1.3 on Xbox, and installed the game to HD after the patch. No trouble so far, though it might be worth mentioning that the patch does not address quest and logical glitches. So a quest you can no longer accomplish due to bugs will stay unfinished. Lucky me so far only had this issue with a few side quests.

i went from 1.1 to 1.3 and its working great so far so good

on xbox
