Corrupted Save File : V

I tried loading my lvl 46 Khajiit Thief this morning and I got the message "Game File is corrupted, unable to load." I then tried loading the Autosaves, and I got the same message. Tried restarting my Xbox and the same message. Is there any way I can save this file? I really do NOT want to start again.

Basically, this is a reason why people make backups.

Not sure if this'll help because I play on the ps3, but I got the same message after my game froze up and I had to turn the system off. When I turned it back on it told me I might have corrupted game saves and to perfrom a restore or something like that. It automatically did something on it's on and since I have been able to play again.
