Endless Guards?

Do guards keep endlessly respawning after you kill them.

Or is it after a set number they stop and then you can just rave around town on a killing spree?

I've killed probably 200+ guards in Marketh. So I'm guessing they will just keep going.

I think because they have the generic name label they will respawn. I wish they were named though then I could seek vengeance on that guard that arrested me in solitude.

Yup, they are imported from COD.
